Does Sudsy Buckets use cleaning products that are safe for all surfaces?

All of our cleaning pros are trained to use products that are safe for all surfaces, including: stainless steel, tiles, glass, wood, etc.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home while we clean your house. Please tell us how the maids can gain entry in the special instructions when you make your booking. Most customers leave a key under the mat, in a lock box, or provide a code for the garage door so that we can get in and out of their home for the service when they are not home. However, please be advised that if we arrive at your home and cannot get inside, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Please leave specific instructions about where you will place the key when you book your cleaning.

What services do you offer?

We offer two types of cleanings: Standard Clean and Deep Clean.   We also offer an option to add on specific services for standard cleanings, if you don’t need your whole house deep cleaned.  Please check out our Services page to see what is included in each cleaning and would be best for your cleaning needs.

Do I get a discount if I’m a recurring customer?

Absolutely! Customers who sign up for recurring cleanings are entitled to significant discounts. For weekly service we have a 30% discount, for biweekly service we have a 20% discount, and for monthly service we have a 10% discount.

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?

Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online. After the clean is complete, you can rate your Sudsy Buckets experience and update your special instructions if you want something cleaned differently.

Do you provide all the supplies?

Yes, we’ve got you covered. Sudsy Buckets Home Cleaning supplies all the eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment to get the job done right. Just book your cleaning and let us handle the rest.

What time will the cleaners arrive?

Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean.  Due to various circumstances that occur each day, we promise arrival windows for our cleaners instead of a specific time.  Our first cleaning begins between 8:00-8:30, our second begins between 11:00-1:00, and our third between 2:00-4:00.

How do I know what has been cleaned?

Our cleaners will leave a checklist at the end of your cleaning to show you what we cleaned, that way you can be confident that all of the tasks have been completed to the highest standard.

Is there anything you won’t do?

We provide house cleaning services inside your home. We don’t:

Carpet steam clean
Wipe bulbs and glass fixtures
Clean chandeliers
Move or lift anything over 25 lbs
Step higher than 2 steps on a ladder
Clean bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids)
Clean after hoarding or high levels of trash/debris
Clean up animal waste
Clean cat litter box and on floor
Clean insects/rodents
Heavy scrubbing of walls/doors
Clean high to reach areas & windows
Wash exterior windows.
Sweep or wash patios/garage.
Clean inside dishwasher.

 

Do you clean offices and other commercial spaces?

No. Currently, Sudsy Buckets is focused just on residential home cleaning. We may expand to office cleaning in the future, so if this interests you, please let us know and we’ll contact you if that expansion takes place.

How do I book a clean?

It’s super easy! All you have to do is fill out our secure booking form, selecting the time and date that you want us to clean your home. It’s as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email.

What if I don’t want to book online?

That’s ok if you don’t want to book online – we have a dedicated Customer Service Team here at Sudsy Buckets Home Cleaning so just give them a call at 813-489-5160 or email us at hello@sudsybucketscleaning.com and leave your number and one of the team will call you back. .

What if you stay extra long to finish the job?

Unlike other services, Sudsy Buckets Home Cleaning has a service quote, not a time quote. This means that the cleaners will stay as long as they need to complete the clean.  If we believe the home will take far longer than normal to be completed, management will call you to discuss different options.

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you have completed your online booking you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is to reassure you that your booking has gone through. We will then send reminder emails and text message reminders before the clean to make sure you don’t forget. If you do need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled clean there is a $50 Same Day Cancellation Fee.

How do I edit a booking?

Log in with your username and password to the Customer Login portal and make the change that you need.

What is the Sudsy Buckets Home Cleaning guarantee?

We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you are not, just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a cleaner back to make it right, for free.  If you’re still not happy, we will refund you your money.  It’s as simple as that.

What if I’m not there to let the cleaning person in?

That’s okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home.

Will the same cleaner or maid show up for all my appointments?

If you’re happy with the cleaner you had, we’re happy to send them to all of your appointments. You just have to contact us to let us know and we’ll make it happen! Plus, if you book recurring services, we’ll do our very best to send you the same requested cleaner every time!

When does my card get charged?

Your credit card will have a hold placed on it on the morning of your cleaning and then it will be charged in the evening after your appointment takes place. You will receive an automated email with the transaction summary to notify you when and how much your card is charged.

What if I want a cleaner by the hour?

We want to offer our clients a service that fits their situation. We have a flexible hourly service option that will allow you to decide how much you would like us to clean. If you would like to forego our standard pricing and hire an hourly cleaner, we can provide this at a cost of $40/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum. Just select the hourly cleaning option during the booking process.

How much does it cost?

How do I switch or edit my billing information?

To switch your billing information, simply log into our Customer Login portal using your username and password and edit your billing information.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You are free to cancel your service at any time, however, we have a $50 SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE which is charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments only. No checks, cash, or other payment options are available, and payment is due at time of service.

Is my card payment secure?

Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Second, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

Do I have to leave a tip?

No. Tips are certainly appreciated by our cleaners but they are not required.
